Just because we’re doing the inviting, doesn’t mean you’re off the hook … have you thought about your PROMposal for your prom date?!
Yep, the promposal – or overly elaborate plan to ask someone to prom – is the stuff of high school heroes and YouTube legends. (We’ll get to even more ridiculously elaborate prom arrivals later!)
For Corcoran prom-goers, it may be a little trickier. You may not be able to make a grand gesture in the high school cafeteria these days, but we’ll keep posting photos and videos that may give you inspiration on how YOU want to ask that special someone to PROM!
And, it goes without saying, but if you do plan a killer promposal, PLEASE take a photo or video and send it to us to post her for all to enjoy and/or envy!
Here’s a promposal recorded on video that just makes you wish you were in high school again… or that you were Tina!
Yep, the newest batch of prom photos came in from our siblings – Rick’s brother, Brian, as well as Alexa’s sister, Carolyn, and her husband, Kevin… Kevin might just be winning the “oh no, you didn’t have that haircut?!” award at the moment! Check ’em out – and upload yours!
We decided that there was no better way to celebrate our 40th Birthdays than to host a PROM and invite all our friends and family!
So, get ready for slow dances and spiked punch… and start searching for your retro formalwear!
Check back here regularly, and we’ll post all the updates from the Prom Committee — the location for this momentous occasion, places to stay in Baltimore, recommended florists for corsages, you name it!
Yep, I selected ruffled and ruched teal for my Senior Prom at Charlotte Latin School and my date, David, matched his tie and cummerbund so we made quite the spiffy couple! Rick and Sue captured their pre-prom moment on Rick’s back porch before heading to the Senior Prom at New Milford High School. We’re trying to dig up as many prom photos as we can find and the Prom Pics Slideshow will continue to grow. We hope you’ll share yours too!
